Once you have your items, on the right click "Edit" and from there you can click on any item in your inventory and change the stack quantity, add prefix to your item i.e.
The squares on top are your inventory and the squares on bottom are the program, so when you find your item you just drag it into your inventory (or click to grab, click to drop). When you load it click "Inventory" and then on the right click "Library", then you can search for your item there (you can also click between the quotes next to "Search" and type the name of your item). You just need to have a character created, then close the game and open that website, then click "Load Player" and navigate to your save (documents/my games/terraria/players -> "YourCharacterName".plr).
